We offer FREE DELIVERY when you spend £40 or more*. Standard delivery is just £2.95, making us one of the cheapest in the industry!
All orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt.

Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed after Thursday 1pm, will be despatched on Friday and delivered on Monday.
* Large orders that require more than 1 box may be subject to additional delivery charges, subject to customers approval.

The International Airmail is un-trackable and uninsured. Therefore sparklehealth.com is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments.

We recommend all international customers pay for Recorded International Airmail. This is insured and SparkleHealth.com will guarantee successful delivery.

RETURNS INFORMATION

If you need to return goods, then please visit the my account section. Click on the Orders/Returns icon, choose the product your returning and fill out the Online Returns Form. As you are completing the Online Returns Form you will be given an RMA number (returns authorisation code) which you must provide with your return. Please note you must include this RMA number when returning your goods or we will not accept it. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.

If returning goods, the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.

To return goods, please:

1. Complete the Online Returns form. You will then be provided with a returns address and an RMA.

2. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include the goods return authorisation code with your order number, name, date of order and address details.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.

To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation code (provided by customer services). If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

CANCELLATIONS

In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days starting the day after delivery of your merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at sales@sparklehealth.com before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £10 handling charge will apply ( a fee will not be charged if the item is returned within the 7 day cooling off period). Your statutory rights are not affected.

DAMAGE & REFUNDS

In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged item/order, you will in most cases be asked to provide evidence of the damage in the form of a photo and email. Once it has been determined that damage has occured, we will then start the claims process with immediate effect. You will be sent a damage questionnaire by the courier. Please complete the questionnaire and return to the appropriate address. Once the courier has received the completed questionnaire, we will then be able to refund you. We cannot process any refunds or replacements unless the courier is in receipt of the damage questionnaire.

ORDERS MAYBE LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOR

If you are not at your delivery location or if there is nobody available to take the delivery of your order then your order maybe left with a neighbor or in a safe location. You accept the responsibility that your order maybe left in these circumstances and that The Health Bay or PHD-Commerce LTD will not be liable for any items that are (1) Damaged, (2) Unable to be retrieved from a safe location or neighbor. It is your responsibility to retrieve these items at your own cost / risk.
